Set out in six main chapters, the book covers ‘The Bike’ – bike prep and set-ups and modifications, ‘The Gear’ – clothing, cooking and eating, lighting, tent’s and shelter, bedding, backpacks, fuel, water etc, ‘Food’ – meals and recipes, ‘The Journey’ – State Forests, campsites, camp hygiene, maps and compasses, ‘The Backups’ – First Aid and ‘Survival’ – hot weather riding, safety, shelter, water, visibility, and bush tucker.
